Products purchased from Monday to Friday until 1:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. Purchases made later are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

When choosing a purchase with an installment system, order processing begins when we receive information that the application has been accepted. This usually happens automatically, but in special cases when it requires the involvement of a Bank employee, it may take up to several days.

1. InPost parcel lockers

After shipping, you will receive a message from us with the shipment number and a link to track it.

The cost of shipping with an InPost parcel locker is PLN 13.50 gross.

2. DPD courier

The cost of shipping with a DPD courier is PLN 20 gross.

Cash on delivery courier costs PLN 22 gross.

3. DHL courier

The cost of shipping with a DHL courier is PLN 20 gross.
Cash on delivery courier up to PLN 22 gross.

4. Personal collection in Poznań

When buying products on skleptenisa.pl you have the option of personal collection in our stationary store located on the Oświecenia 59 estate in Poznań.

You can pay on site by card or cash.
