Returns
A consumer who enters into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without providing a reason or incurring costs. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before its expiration to the seller's address.
An exception to point 1 is a performed service, which is non-refundable. Renting a test racket is considered a form of service.
The goods should be returned to the following address:
Os. Oświecenia 59, 61-220 Poznań
A sample withdrawal form can be downloaded HERE, though its use is not mandatory.
The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the seller without delay, within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawing from the contract.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods in connection with the withdrawal from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal, the consumer will be refunded the payments received (within 14 calendar days), minus the delivery costs. An exception is when the consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest one available in the Online Store. In such cases, the consumer covers the delivery costs.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Complaints
The seller is obliged to deliver goods to the customer without defects.
The basis and scope of the seller's liability towards the customer are determined by applicable legal regulations, particularly the Civil Code.
The seller is liable to the customer if the goods have a physical or legal defect (warranty).
Customers may submit complaints in several ways:
A Complaint Form can be downloaded.
The customer will be informed about the resolution of the complaint via email or traditional mail.
When submitting a complaint, the defective product must be delivered to the seller along with the complaint notification.
If delivering the product would be excessively burdensome due to its nature, the customer is obliged to make the product available to the seller at its location.
The seller will address the customer’s complaint promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond within this period implies that the seller has recognized the complaint as justified.
If the complaint is resolved in the customer's favor, the seller will repair or replace the defective product with a new, defect-free one or refund the value of the purchased product.
