A consumer entering into a distance contract is obliged to return the rental racket within 7 calendar days. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry to the seller's address.
It is assumed that the rental of a test racket is a form of service.

Before making the return, the package should be carefully measured so that its size complies with the guidelines for the selected supplier.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the rental racket, including the cost of shipping.
The consumer is liable for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The test centre operates only in Poland.
