Yonex Astrox 88S Game is a badminton racket from the offensive Astrox series, designed for players who want to combine fast racket handling with powerful, dynamic strokes. The 88S version is designed for fast-paced play, net control, and quick reactions in doubles rallies.
The racket has a head-heavy balance, which helps to generate more power for smashes and stronger clears. At the same time, the 4U weight ensures that the model remains agile enough for maneuvering — especially for defense, drives, and quick reactions at the net. The medium-stiff shaft provides a good compromise between dynamics, control, and easier access to power.
The construction based on HM Graphite, Volume Cut Resin, Tungsten, and Nanomesh Neo materials ensures frame stability and a resilient response upon impact. The Rotational Generator System is responsible for better weight distribution of the racket, making the transition between successive shots smoother. The ISOMETRIC technology enlarges the sweet spot, which helps maintain control even with off-center contact with the shuttlecock.
