Tennis Racket Rental
applies to rackets rented from January 1, 2022
- For stationary testing, a maximum of five rackets can be rented at a time.
- For testing via courier delivery, a maximum of three rackets can be rented at a time.
- For the duration of the test racket rental, the Client leaves a deposit of 500 PLN per rented racket for stationary rental (payment must be made in cash). In case of courier delivery, 500 PLN per racket must be transferred to account number: 53 1020 4027 0000 1502 1453 3808.
- The fee for renting a test tennis racket is 20 PLN per day per racket.
- The fee for renting a test racket is collected on the day the rented racket is returned after testing. In the case of test racket delivery, the fee is calculated from the day of dispatch to the day of return to the store (not the day of dispatch by the Client).
- The maximum stationary rental period for a racket is 7 days. The maximum delivery rental period for a racket is 12 days.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are included in the rental period.
- In the case of test racket delivery, the shipping cost is borne by the Client. The fee must be paid before dispatch. The shipping cost is 20 PLN.
- Permanent damage to the test racket results in forfeiture of the deposit.
- The Client is not charged for string breakage or grip damage on the racket rented for testing.
- The Client is not charged for renting a racket for testing if they decide to purchase the rented model (new) from the "Sklep Tenisa" store immediately after returning the racket from testing. An exception is exceeding the rental period mentioned in point 12.
- If the maximum rental period is exceeded and the Client wishes to purchase the rented model (new), the Client must pay the fee for the exceeded number of days as regulated by point 6.
- Test rackets are strung with the manufacturer's recommended average tension (with different strings), but due to testing, this tension may deviate from the initial value.
- It is possible to string a test racket with strings specified by the client and at the desired tension. This involves a charge for the strings (including the possibility of charging an additional half price for the currently used strings in the racket) and for the service according to the prices listed on www.skleptenisa.pl
- String replacement in a test racket is possible only at Sklep Tenisa.
- String replacement in a test racket outside the Sklep Tenisa service involves a fee equal to the price of the removed strings + the cost of the service according to the prices listed on www.skleptenisa.pl.
Padel Racket Rental
applies to rackets rented from March 25, 2025
- For stationary testing, a maximum of five rackets can be rented at a time.
- For remote testing via courier delivery, a maximum of three rackets can be rented at a time.
- When renting a test racket in-store, the customer leaves a deposit of PLN 500 per racket (payment must be made in cash). For courier delivery, PLN 1000 per racket must be transferred to account number: 53 1020 4027 0000 1502 1453 3808
- The rental fee for a tested padel racket is PLN 25 per day per item.
- The rental fee for a tested racket is collected on the day the rented test racket is returned. For shipped test rackets, the fee is calculated from the day of shipment until the day it returns to the store (not the day of dispatch by the renter).
- The maximum duration for stationary racket rental is 7 days. The maximum duration for shipped racket rental is 12 days.
- For shipped test rackets, the shipping cost is borne by the Renter. The fee must be paid before shipping. The shipping cost is PLN 20.
- Permanent damage to the tested racket results in forfeiture of the deposit.
- The customer is not charged a rental fee for test rackets if they decide to purchase a racket from the "Sklep Tenisa" store immediately after returning the test racket. If multiple rackets are rented, the fee is only waived for one model that the customer decides to purchase. An exception applies if the rental period specified in point 10 is exceeded.
- If the maximum rental period is exceeded and the customer wishes to purchase the rented model (new), the customer must pay the fee for the exceeded number of days as regulated in point 6.
