valid for cards issued from 25.02.2022

1. The issuer of gift cards is GlobalSport, with its registered office in Karnowo 89-100, at 1a Karnowa Street.
2. The value of the gift card is equal to the face value shown on it. Discounts do not apply when purchasing a gift card.
3. The gift card can only be used in the stationary store Sklep Tenisa and in the online store skleptenisa.pl
4. The gift card is not exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part, and is non-refundable. The above also applies if the card is not redeemed within its validity period.
5. The gift card entitles to a one-time redemption. When the User makes a purchase of goods using a gift card, it will be used and the claim will be cancelled.
6. If the price of goods purchased by the User using the gift card is higher than its face value, the difference must be paid using available payment methods.
7. If the price of goods purchased by the User using the gift card is lower than its face value, the difference will not be issued.
8. The gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of its issue. It is activated upon issue.
9. The Issuer is not liable for the loss, damage, or destruction of the gift card after its purchase by the User.
10. The Issuer has the right to refuse to redeem a gift card in the event of:
    -expiry of its validity period
    -if the gift card code is incorrect or has already been used
11. All complaints related to gift cards will be considered by the Issuer in writing or by email within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint.
12. For all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of law regarding shopping vouchers shall apply.
