Test rockets

To help you choose the best racket, we offer the option to test it out.

This option is only available for rackets selected by us, which are listed below. Test rackets are mainly brand new models on the tennis racket market, or those from professional player levels. We cater to players who are unsure about purchasing their future racket or who want to experience playing on court like professional athletes from the best courts in the world.

Tennis racket testing is subject to the following conditions:

1. Up to five rackets can be borrowed for testing in-store at one time.
2. Up to three rackets can be borrowed for testing via courier delivery at one time.
3. For the duration of the test racket rental, the Customer leaves a deposit of 500 PLN per borrowed racket in-store (payment must be made in cash). For delivery via courier, 500 PLN per racket must be transferred to account number: 53 1020 4027 0000 1502 1453 3808
4. The rental fee for a tested tennis racket is 20 PLN per day per racket.
5. The rental fee for a tested racket is collected on the day the borrowed racket is returned from testing.
   In the case of a test racket delivery, the fee is calculated from the day of dispatch until the day it returns to the store (not the day it is sent by the Customer).
6. The maximum in-store rental period for a racket is 7 days. The maximum delivery rental period for a racket is 12 days.
7. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are included in the rental period.
8. In the case of test racket deliveries, the shipping cost is borne by the Customer. The fee must be paid before dispatch. The shipping cost is 20 PLN.
9. Permanent damage to the tested racket results in the loss of the deposit.
10. The Customer is not charged for string breakage or grip damage of the rented test racket.
11. The Customer is not charged for renting a racket for testing if they decide to purchase the borrowed (new) model from the "Sklep Tenisa" store immediately after returning the racket from testing. An exception is exceeding the rental period mentioned in point 12.
12. In the event of exceeding the maximum rental period and wishing to purchase the borrowed (new) model, the Customer must pay the fee for the exceeded number of days as regulated by point 6.
13. Tested rackets are strung with the manufacturer's recommended average tension (with various strings), however, due to testing, this tension may deviate from the initial value.
14. It is possible to string a tested racket with the customer's specified string and at the desired tension. This involves a charge for the string (including the possibility of charging an additional half price for the currently used string in the racket) and for the service according to the prices given on www.skleptenisa.pl
15. String replacement in a test racket is possible only at Sklep Tenisa.
16. String replacement in a test racket outside of Sklep Tenisa's service entails a charge equal to the price of the removed string + the cost of the service according to the prices given on www.skleptenisa.pl.
