• The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

• The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
• Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days, but may be withheld until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
• The cost of the cheapest available delivery method is refunded. Surcharges for more expensive shipping methods are non-refundable.
• Personalized products are non-returnable, e.g., rackets strung with a specific string and tension.
• Hygiene products are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened or seals removed, e.g., underwear and socks.
• Services rendered are non-refundable, including completed test racket rentals.

• A complaint can be filed when the product has a physical or legal defect.
• The submission can be sent to: Sklep Tenisa, os. Oświecenia 59, 61-220 Poznań or by email to kontakt@skleptenisa.pl.
• The complaint should include: first name and last name, address, email, order date, description of the defect, and the desired resolution method.
• The advertised product should be delivered to the store along with the complaint submission.
• The complaint will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of submission.
• Information about the decision will be provided by email or traditional mail.
• If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or its value will be refunded.

• The test racket must be returned within 12 calendar days.
• The rental of a test racket is treated as a service.
• The racket should be sent to the following address: Os. Oświecenia 59, 61-220 Poznań.
• Before sending the package, you should carefully measure the package and adjust its size to the requirements of the selected carrier.
• The cost of returning the racket is borne by the Customer, including the cost of return shipping.
• The racket must be adequately protected against damage during transport.
• The Customer is responsible for damage or reduction in the value of the racket resulting from use beyond normal testing.
• The test center carries out rentals and returns only within Poland.
