Waterdrop Lemon-Mint Recharge consists of effervescent cubes for preparing a refreshing electrolyte drink with a taste of lemon and a refreshing hint of mint. It's a practical solution for active individuals who want to replenish fluids and electrolytes during workouts, after exertion, while traveling, or on hot days.
Each cube contains 4 electrolytes: sodium, calcium, magnesium, and chloride, as well as zinc and 6 vitamins: C, B1, B3, B5, B6, and B12. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance, while calcium and magnesium contribute to proper muscle function. Vitamins C, B6, B12, niacin, and pantothenic acid help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
The drink is sugar-free, caffeine-free, and gluten-free, and has a very low energy value – one serving prepared in 500 ml of water provides approximately 4 kcal. The product is also suitable for vegans.
Preparation is extremely simple – just dissolve 1 cube in 400–600 ml of cold water and wait for it to fully dissolve. One package contains 12 cubes, which means 12 servings of the drink.
