You don't have to visit our store to test the models you're interested in. Choose tennis or padel rackets available in the Test Center, order them online, and try them out during training or a match on your court.

Stationary testing

How long can I test the rockets for?

The maximum in-store rental period is 7 days.

Can I pre-book specific models?

It is possible to reserve your chosen model via email or phone with one day's notice.

Can I re-string a test racket myself?

No. Restringing a test racket can only be done by Sklep Tenisa service. Upon request, we can install the chosen string and apply the indicated tension, but this is an additional paid service.

What happens if I break the string or wear out the grip tape?

In the case of a tennis racket, we do not charge an additional fee for string breakage or overgrip wear during proper testing.

Shipping test

How many rockets can I order for testing?

In one shipping order, you can borrow a maximum of 3 test rackets.

Is the PLN 500 displayed next to the product the price of the racket?

No. The test rocket is not for sale. The amount of PLN 500 per rocket is a deposit collected for the rental period. After return and settlement of tests, the deposit will be refunded.

From what day is the fee charged?

The fee is charged from the day the shop dispatches the rackets until the day they are returned to Sklep Tenisa. The actual delivery date of the returned package to the shop is counted, not the date it was dispatched by the customer.

How long can I test rackets via mail order?

The maximum rental period for mail-order items is 12 days.

Do weekends count towards the testing period?

In the case of tennis rackets, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are also included in the rental period.

When will I receive my deposit back?

The deposit will be settled after the rackets are returned to the store and their condition is checked. The due fee for the number of testing days is deducted from the deposit amount.
